Lol! It doesn't even have to be a new polish. I just like changing things up (and when I've got 100's of polishes, I feel guilty NOT changing), but I also feel guilty removing a perfectly good mani, especially if I love THAT color. I know too that especially in the winter, all the extra remover contributes to the dry nails that plague me. A few new ones I'm holding out for sun to try (a rare commodity up here in the Pacific NorthWet), like Zoya Zuzu, CG Orange Marmalade (orange looks crap on me, but it's so irresistibly JUICY looking (and completed the set, lol), that I finally caved, and Pretty Serious Party By the Pool and Santa's Sunburn (so glowy!). And, hanging my head, my first and hopefully LAST Chanel...Malice. It needs sun to show that incredible Chanel shimmer.. I swore I would never spend that much on one polish but I waited and waited for someone to release a dupe...it just was not happening. They still had it on the Chanel site, cheaper than EvilBay. I am a red polish addict, what can I say? (Sandi)
ReplyDeleteI have my greedy eyeballs on Zoya Zuzu and I am lusting after a couple of Chanel polishes but at twenty-six clams a pop? Not in my budget, right now. I have always wanted to try Pretty Serious... I need to, soon. :) I need to get CG Marmalade. I have the rest of the set and I like orange, especially in the Summer. :D

ReplyDeleteKaz has the polish shipped from a US source that she evidently ships large quantities to, so the postage is very reasonable (as opposed to international, eek). It helps make it less of a splurge at least. I'm not looking at any more Chanels, nononononononono.
ReplyDeletePolish shipping is becoming so difficult. And for no good reason. It's unfair to polish lovers who want polishes from places they don't live. :(
